Appraisal of art, jewelry, valuables, design and antiques with 20 years of professional experience. Valööri will assist you; regardless of it is a matter of just a few household effects, a single valuable, a major estate or an inventory of a corporation’s art collection. As a rule, I work in the metropolitan area of Helsinki, but I am more than happy to discuss also a visit to another part of Finland.

I provide services for private clients, companies and societies in, for example, the following situations:

Estate inventory appraisals
Most of us will, in some stage of our lives, face a situation where resources are preferably channeled on other issues than those a reliable expert can be assigned to handle. I will assist in, for instance, situations related to the distribution, valuation and documentation of movables. If you are uncertain about the values of your items, I will give you an independent appraisal.

Insurance appraisals and certificates
I provide, or request one of my cooperation partners to provide, a certificate of a separate valuable for the insurance. For items not included in the normal movables, the insurance company must often be provided with a separate insurance certificate.

Situations related to partitions and other distributions of estate
In a situation where a partition of the belongings appears to be difficult, assistance from an outside, reliable expert is of importance. The parties can trust the valuation to be independent and implemented by a competent person.

An inventory of collections
In many companies, societies and foundations etc., a substantial amount of art and other valuable possessions have been accumulated. It pays off to compile an explicit register which will be updated continuously.

Realization of valuable belongings
When you require outside consultation and particular knowledge, my reliable and extensive network is at your disposal. If there is a need to realize valuable belongings, I am able to recommend the best possible sales channel – and if required, I can handle this realization as a turnkey package. A full service will then be provided by just one contact.

Prices
Price per hour is 80 euros. 24 % VAT is added to the price.
Terms of payment: according to agreement 7 – 14 days net.

Travel costs in the Helsinki city region are included. Outside the Helsinki city region the following costs applies: 0,44 €/km, possible daily allowances and other incurred travel expenses.
Separate certificates, photography of the items and other services, according to agreement.
